Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-09-21

This page is only available in English. We keep our legal pages in a single language so the exact wording — and your rights under it — never gets lost or changed in translation. If you use your browser’s built-in translation, treat it as a convenience only: the English text here is what applies.

The short version

Sell real, honestly described cards. Do not deceive buyers, do not infringe others’ rights, and do not abuse the service or its credits. We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everything you do with Binder Blitz, including content you upload, listings you generate and images you host. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Cards, listings and buyers

You must not use the service to:

  • list, promote or sell counterfeit, reproduction, fake or proxy cards as genuine, or cards you know or suspect are stolen;
  • misdescribe cards, including their identity, set, edition, language, condition or authenticity;
  • alter, forge or misrepresent grading labels, slabs, serial numbers, certification numbers or population data;
  • use AI output to mislead buyers, for example by leaving in details you know are wrong, or by editing photos to hide damage;
  • run scams, shill bidding, fee avoidance, fake reviews or any deceptive or unfair practice;
  • break the rules of the marketplace you sell on (for example eBay’s policies) or the law of your country or your buyers’ countries.

3. Content you upload

  • Do not upload images or text that infringe copyright, trademark or other rights (for example stock photos or other sellers’ pictures you do not have permission to use).
  • Do not upload illegal content, content depicting the exploitation of children, or content that is hateful, harassing, threatening or that promotes violence.
  • Do not upload malware or files designed to harm systems. Uploads are scanned and images are re-encoded; we may reject or delete files that fail checks.
  • Do not upload other people’s personal data without a lawful reason.

4. Abuse of the service and credits

You must not:

  • create multiple free accounts, or use fake or disposable details, to gain extra free credits or evade a limit or a ban;
  • resell, share, rent or transfer access, accounts or credits;
  • use automated tools, bots or scripts to scrape the service, or to call AI or other features in bulk beyond normal personal use;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit charges, plan restrictions or security controls;
  • probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities except as our Security Policy allows;
  • overload, interfere with, or attack the service or its users, including denial-of-service, credential stuffing or exploiting bugs for credits;
  • reverse engineer the service or extract the prompts or models behind it, or use it to build a competing product;
  • harass, threaten or abuse our staff, other users or support systems, including the AI chat.

5. How we enforce this policy

We may, depending on how serious the breach is and whether it is repeated: remove or disable content; give a warning; limit features; suspend your account; terminate your account; forfeit remaining credits; refuse future sign-ups; and report illegal activity to the authorities or the affected marketplace. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond, but we may act at once for serious abuse. If you think we have made a mistake, email keironjwest@gmail.com and a person will review it.

6. Reporting a problem

To report a user, listing or content that breaks this policy, email keironjwest@gmail.com with links or details and why you think it breaks the rules. To report a security vulnerability, see the Security Policy.

7. Copyright and takedown notices

We respect intellectual property rights. Carousel images are hosted for our paid users and served from links on our domain. If you believe an image hosted by us infringes your copyright, send a notice to keironjwest@gmail.com (you may also copy keironjwest@gmail.com) that includes:

  1. your name, address, email and telephone number;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the exact URL of the image on our service (for example a link beginning https://www.binderblitz.com/img/);
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury (where applicable law such as the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires it), that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

On receiving a valid notice we will act promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the image and telling the account holder. We follow the notice-and-takedown approach used in the US and UK. If you are the account holder and believe an image was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the image URL, why you think the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the relevant courts’ jurisdiction; we may restore the image unless the complainant tells us they have started legal proceedings. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly sending a false notice can have legal consequences.
