Affiliate Terms

Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-09-21

This page is only available in English. We keep our legal pages in a single language so the exact wording — and your rights under it — never gets lost or changed in translation. If you use your browser’s built-in translation, treat it as a convenience only: the English text here is what applies.

Programme at a glance

  • Earn 25% recurring commission on net revenue from customers you refer, for the first 12 months of each customer’s payments.
  • Commission is pending for 30 days, then approved. Minimum payout: $50.00.
  • A referral link is remembered for 60 days.
  • You must clearly disclose that you earn commission. No self-referrals, spam or brand-bidding.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Binder Blitz (Binder Blitz) for the affiliate programme, alongside our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. By joining the programme, or by using a referral link or code to promote Binder Blitz, you agree to them. You must be 18 or over. You are an independent contractor: nothing here makes you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

2. How it works

  1. You get a personal referral code and link from your account.
  2. Someone follows your link. Their browser remembers your code for 60 days (in the UK/EU this happens only if they consent; see our Cookie Policy).
  3. If they sign up while your code is stored and become a paying customer, they are your referred customer. We attribute a referral to the code stored when the account is created, and we decide in good faith if there is a dispute.
  4. You earn commission on their payments as described below.

3. Commission

  • Rate: 25% of net revenue. Net revenue means what the customer actually pays us, excluding taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), after discounts, and after refunds, chargebacks and payment-processor fees where we say so at payout, and excluding anything we have to return.
  • Duration: recurring for the first 12 months from the referred customer’s first payment. After that no further commission is due on that customer.
  • Pending, then approved: each commission stays “pending” for 30 days (which covers the refund window) and then becomes “approved” if the payment has not been refunded or charged back.
  • Minimum payout: $50.00. Balances below that carry forward to the next payout run.
  • Commission is calculated in USD.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made in monthly payout runs to approved balances at or above the minimum. Payout methods: PayPal, Bank transfer (UK/EU), Crypto (USDT / USDC / BTC / XRP). You are responsible for giving accurate payout details and for any fees your payment method or bank charges. If we cannot pay you (for example because details are wrong) we will contact you, and we may hold the funds for a reasonable time before treating them as unclaimed. We may need to verify your identity and tax status before paying.

5. What is not allowed

You must not:

  • Refer yourself or someone you control, or use your own link or code to buy for yourself or your business;
  • Bid on our brand in paid search: no bidding on Binder Blitz or confusingly similar terms, and no domains, social handles or ads impersonating us;
  • Spam: no unsolicited bulk email, direct messages or comments, or posting links where they are unwelcome or against the site’s rules;
  • Misrepresent coupon, deal or comparison sites, including showing fake discounts, hiding that a code is your affiliate code, or using deceptive incentive claims;
  • make misleading claims about the service (for example guaranteeing sales, promising unlimited AI use or saying we are endorsed by eBay or a card publisher);
  • offer incentivised sign-ups (cash, gifts or credits in return for signing up, unless we have agreed in writing);
  • create fake accounts, use bots, cookie stuffing or any technique that generates referrals that are not genuine.

6. Disclosure

You must clearly and prominently disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you promote Binder Blitz, before the link or code, in a way a reasonable person would notice (for example “#ad”, “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission if you sign up”). This is required by advertising and consumer law, including the US Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement rules, and in the UK the ASA’s CAP Code and the Competition and Markets Authority’s guidance and consumer protection law, and by similar rules elsewhere. You are responsible for complying wherever you publish.

7. Withholding and reversals

We may withhold, reverse or claw back commission if: the payment is refunded or charged back; the referral breaches these terms or looks fraudulent or self-referred; the customer’s account is terminated for abuse; we made a calculation error; or the law requires it. If commission has already been paid and later reversed, we may deduct it from future payouts or ask you to repay it. We may suspend or end your participation immediately for breach.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes on commission you receive (income tax, VAT, social contributions and so on) and for any invoicing or registration the law requires of you. We may ask for tax information and may withhold tax where we are legally required to. We do not give tax advice.

9. Data protection

We use your payout details and commission records to run the programme and pay you, keeping commission records for 6 years for tax and accounting. See the Privacy Policy. If you handle personal data of the people you refer, you must comply with data-protection law. We do not give you the personal data of referred customers.

10. Changes and ending the programme

We may change these terms, the commission rate, the hold period, the minimum payout or the payout methods, or end the programme at any time. Changes to rates or terms will not reduce commission already approved, and will apply to new referrals from the date we tell you (we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email for changes that reduce what you can earn from existing referrals). You may leave at any time. On leaving or on the programme ending, approved commissions above the minimum payout will be paid; commissions still pending are paid when approved.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost potential earnings, and our total liability to you under the programme is limited to the commission due to you. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The programme is governed by the law of England and Wales (see the Terms of Service).
