Payment methods we accept

Every card and wallet payment is processed by Stripe on its own secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card details. When you pay with a wallet, that provider’s own terms and privacy notice also apply.

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards — processed by Stripe (Stripe consumer terms, Stripe privacy policy).
• Apple Pay — on supported Apple devices and browsers (Apple Pay & Privacy).
• Google Pay — on supported devices and browsers (Google Payments terms of service).
• Cryptocurrency — when switched on, through NOWPayments’ hosted invoice (NOWPayments), for example Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and XRP. The coins you can choose are shown on the invoice. See crypto passes below.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to tell you which payment methods are accepted. Binder Blitz is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

1. What you can buy

You can also buy credit top-ups: 300 credits for $8.99 or 1,000 credits for $24.99. Yearly plans are priced at 20% below twelve monthly payments and are paid once a year; credits are still added each 30-day cycle. New customers subscribing to Seller or Pro for the first time may receive a 20% welcome discount on their first month. The discount is applied at checkout and is shown before you pay; it does not apply to Power Seller, to top-ups, or to people who have subscribed before.

Credits are used by AI actions:

• AI card auto-read: 1 credit
• AI condition check: 2 credits
• AI theme creation: 3 credits
• Image Studio (background remove, auto-crop, enhance): free and unlimited on every paid plan — these run in your own browser and are never metered by credits

2. How billing works

Card payments are taken by Stripe Checkout, a hosted page run by Stripe. Your subscription is billed on the day you subscribe and then on the same day each month (or year) until you cancel. The exact amount, billing period and any tax are shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Stripe sends you a receipt for every payment, and your invoices are available in the billing portal.

3. Currency

All prices are charged in USD. The region picker on our site can show approximate prices in other currencies; those figures are for convenience only, use indicative exchange rates and are not what you are charged. If your card is not in USD, your bank or card issuer will convert the payment and may add foreign-transaction fees; we do not control those.

4. Tax and VAT

Prices on the site are shown before tax. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST, sales tax or a similar tax (for example on sales to consumers in the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and some US states), it is calculated at checkout using Stripe Tax when enabled, based on your billing location, and shown before you pay. If you are a business with a valid VAT or tax ID, you can enter it at checkout and, where the law allows, the tax is treated accordingly (for example under the reverse-charge mechanism). Crypto orders are treated the same way: tax is added where required, at the USD price of the order.

5. Auto-renewal

By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method at each renewal, at the price then in force, until you cancel. The renewal date and price are shown in the billing portal at any time.

• Reminders. We send a reminder email before an annual plan renews, and whenever an introductory price is about to end. Stripe emails a receipt after each payment.
• Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice, and you may cancel before it applies.

6. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in two clicks:

1. Sign in and open Account, then choose Manage billing (this opens the Stripe billing portal).
2. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

You will not be charged again. Unless you tell us otherwise, your paid features stay available until the end of the period you have paid for; you then move to the Free plan. Credits remaining on your balance stay on your account while it is open, but features reserved for paid plans (such as AI photo tools and carousel image hosting) need an active paid plan. Carousel images are deleted 7 days after your subscription lapses. If you have trouble, email keironjwest@gmail.com and we will cancel for you.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails (for example an expired card), Stripe will retry the payment a number of times over a period of days and we will email you asking you to update your payment method in the billing portal. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the Free plan. We do not charge extra fees for failed payments (your bank might).

8. Credits

• Paid plans add their monthly credits every 30 days. Unused subscription credits carry over while your subscription is active; they are not reset.
• Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Free plan credits (25) are one-time.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited if the account is closed or terminated for breach.
• If an AI action fails to deliver, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

9. Crypto passes

You can pay in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Crypto is sold as prepaid access, not a subscription: there is no recurring billing and nothing renews automatically. Available passes: 1 month (no discount), 3 months (5% off the combined monthly price), 12 months (20% off the combined monthly price). A pass gives you the equivalent plan access for the number of months you bought, and you can also buy top-ups with crypto. Points to know:

• You are sent to a NOWPayments hosted invoice showing the exact amount, asset, network and the time limit for payment. Send the exact amount on the correct network; sending the wrong amount, asset or network may cause delay or loss that we cannot reverse.
• Network fees are paid by you, the sender.
• Your pass starts when the payment is confirmed on-chain and by NOWPayments. When it ends you move to the Free plan unless you buy another pass.
• The price is fixed in USD at the time of the order. The amount of crypto varies with the market rate.
• Tax is added where required, as described above.

10. Refunds and your right to cancel

Our Refund Policy sets out when you can get money back, including the 14-day first-payment guarantee, top-up refunds and your statutory 14-day right to cancel as a UK or EU consumer. At checkout we ask UK/EU consumers to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that they may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully provided; if you cancel within the cancellation period after asking us to start immediately, you pay a proportionate amount for what you used.

11. Chargebacks

If there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at keironjwest@gmail.com; we respond within 3 business days. Raising a dispute with your bank instead can delay your refund. We may suspend an account while a chargeback is investigated.

12. Payment security

Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure pages. Your card number never reaches our servers or database; we hold only your Stripe customer ID, your plan and payment status. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments, which sends us the order ID, amount and payment status. For more about how each provider uses your data, see our Sub-processors page and Privacy Policy.
