Accessibility Statement
This page is only available in English. We keep our legal pages in a single language so the exact wording — and your rights under it — never gets lost or changed in translation. If you use your browser’s built-in translation, treat it as a convenience only: the English text here is what applies.
1. Our commitment
We want Binder Blitz to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are a small team, this is an aim rather than a claim of full conformance, and we are still working through it.
2. What we do
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels and link text so pages can be navigated by structure.
- Provide a skip link and keyboard-visible focus on our legal and informational pages.
- Support light and dark colour schemes, resizable text and zooming, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Avoid inline scripts and unnecessary dependencies on our informational pages, so they work with simple browsers and assistive tools.
3. Known limitations
We know the following are not yet as accessible as they should be:
- The Theme Builder and Image Studio tools use drag-and-drop, drag-to-crop and other mouse-centric interactions. Keyboard and screen-reader alternatives are limited. If you cannot use them, we can help build a theme or prepare images for you (see below).
- Some parts of the app may have insufficient colour contrast, missing labels or focus-order problems, especially in custom themes, previews and third-party components.
- Generated listing HTML and previews depend on the theme you choose; we cannot guarantee that each theme meets accessibility standards on eBay or elsewhere. Please check your own listings.
- Some content comes from third parties (such as payment pages and CDN-loaded libraries), which we do not control.
4. Accessible alternatives and help
If you have trouble using any part of Binder Blitz, email keironjwest@gmail.com or use the contact form at /contact. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, the browser and any assistive technology you use. We can, for example, provide information in another format, help you complete a task, or make a reasonable adjustment. We aim to reply within 3 business days and to give you a way forward, or a timetable for a fix, within 10 business days.
5. Legal context
We aim to meet our duties under the UK Equality Act 2010 (which includes making reasonable adjustments for disabled people). The European Accessibility Act applies from 28 June 2025 to certain e-commerce services and products; micro-enterprises providing services are exempt. Whether or not it applies to us, we aim to meet its requirements where applicable. This statement does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.
6. If you are not satisfied
If we do not resolve your accessibility complaint, you can contact the relevant body in your country, for example the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in Great Britain or the market-surveillance or national enforcement body in your EU country.
7. Review
We review this statement when we make significant changes to the service and at least once a year. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
