Refund Policy
This page is only available in English. We keep our legal pages in a single language so the exact wording — and your rights under it — never gets lost or changed in translation. If you use your browser’s built-in translation, treat it as a convenience only: the English text here is what applies.
At a glance
- First subscription payment: refundable within 14 days if you have used fewer than 50 credits since that payment.
- Unused top-up packs: refundable within 14 days.
- Renewals: not refundable, except where the law requires it or we made an error (for example a duplicate charge). Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Failed AI actions: credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Your statutory rights are never affected.
1. First subscription payment
If you are not happy with a new paid subscription, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for that plan if:
- you ask within 14 days of the payment; and
- you have spent fewer than 50 credits since that payment.
We refund the amount you actually paid (so if you used the welcome discount, that is the discounted amount). A refund ends the subscription and moves you to the Free plan. This applies to a first payment only, not to renewals. We may decline repeated use that looks like an attempt to get the service for free.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal payments are not refundable except:
- where we made an error, such as a duplicate charge or charging the wrong amount;
- where we changed the price without the notice required by our terms; or
- where the law gives you a right to a refund (see Your statutory rights).
You can cancel at any time in two clicks through the billing portal so that no further payment is taken (see how to cancel). If we sent you a renewal reminder and you tell us within a few days of a renewal that you meant to cancel and have not used the credits from it, we will usually consider a goodwill refund; this is our discretion, not a right.
3. Credit top-ups
A top-up pack (300 credits for $8.99, or 1,000 credits for $24.99) can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been spent. Top-up credits that have been spent, or that are requested after 14 days, are not refundable except where the law requires it.
4. Failed AI actions
If an AI action fails to deliver a result (for example the AI service returns an error or the in-browser tool fails after you were charged), the credits for that action are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to ask. If you believe you were charged for something that did not work and the credits were not returned, contact us and we will fix your balance. Credits are not refunded because you disagree with the AI’s result; use the manual editing tools instead.
5. Credits have no cash value
Credits are a way of measuring use of the service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not redeemable for money except as described in this policy or where the law requires. Credits are forfeited when an account is closed or terminated for breach. The Free plan’s 25 credits are given once and are not refundable.
6. Crypto passes
Crypto passes are prepaid access (1 month (no discount), 3 months (5% off the combined monthly price), 12 months (20% off the combined monthly price)) and do not renew automatically. Where this policy applies (for example the 14-day window for a first purchase with fewer than 50 credits spent, or an error on our side), refunds are made at our discretion in the same crypto asset, or a stablecoin, at the US dollar value originally charged, minus network fees, to a wallet address you give us. Because crypto prices move, the amount of crypto you receive may differ from the amount you sent. We cannot refund to an address you have not provided, and payments made in error to the wrong address or network cannot be reversed by us. Where you overpay or underpay an invoice, contact us with the transaction ID and we will settle the difference.
7. Your statutory rights
UK and EU/EEA consumers: 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract for digital content or services within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason (under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK and the Consumer Rights Directive as implemented in EU countries). Points to know:
- At checkout we ask you to expressly request that the service starts immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once we have fully performed the service, or (for digital content supplied at once) once supply has started.
- If you cancel during the 14 days after asking us to start immediately, you must pay a proportionate amount for what you have used up to the time you told us you were cancelling, and we refund the rest.
- To cancel, tell us clearly (for example by email to keironjwest@gmail.com or through the contact form). You do not need to use a particular form. We refund within 14 days of getting your notice, using the same payment method.
Our 14-day first-payment guarantee above is in addition to, and not instead of, these rights. Note that this right is for consumers. If you are buying for your business, it does not apply, although our first-payment guarantee does.
Australia
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services corrected if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Everywhere else
If the law where you live gives you other cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply and prevail over this policy.
8. How to ask for a refund
Use the contact form at /contact or email keironjwest@gmail.com. Please tell us the email address on your account, the payment date and amount, and (for a crypto payment) the order ID. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (for cards, through Stripe) and normally reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before you raise a dispute with your bank or card issuer; we can usually resolve it faster, and we will act quickly on a genuine error. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the account while it is investigated, submit evidence to the card network, and, if it is decided in our favour or was filed in bad faith, recover our costs where the law permits. Chargebacks used to obtain service without paying may lead to termination and, for affiliates, reversal of related commission.
